TalkTalk price increase

I recently got an email from TalkTalk stating that my broadband and tv package would be going up again. Contacted them on chat and it turns out it’s not within the contract for them to do this (they can increase it only annually though which they already have done). Anybody else faced with this increase should get in touch and reject this if they’re on a fixed term contract!

After nine years with Talktalk not all bad but absolutely terrible customer service these past few months I have had to call it a day with them, and gone to BT.
