Nowtv contract ending

I am about to finish a 12 month contract for broadband at £17 per month.
I got an email saying that I can keep the same package at £17 on a rolling monthly contract, or I can get exactly the same package for £35 as a 12 month fix.
How does that make sense? If I stick with the rolling contract are they going to suddenly increase the price to £50 in 6 months? But then I'd just leave.

That's just the way they word their email, it is a bit nonsensical. They start off by saying this is what your package would be if you paid full price, then this is what your "discounted" package would be if you took out another contract (higher than what you're currently paying), then they say you can keep your current terms going forward on a rolling basis, so who wouldn't do just that. Just ignore the email and continue as you are.hermante said:I am about to finish a 12 month contract for broadband at £17 per month.
