Santander £50 Offer for Transfer In

Santander are offering £50 for transferring in £10K from another ISA provider.  I haven't got a current ISA but do want to take advantage of the £50 offer.

If I opened an ISA with another provider, is there any restriction on being able to move or transfer it to Santander almost immediately?

I'm a bit miffed Santander won't offer the £50 for just taking out a new ISA directly with them, but happy to play the game to get some free money!

No, you can open a new easy access ISA elsewhere (if you've not already paid into a cash ISA this tax year) and immediately transfer it to Santander for the incentive.
