We too live in a park home and get our LPG from an independent supplier, so therefore the idea of a voucher would be an excellent method. But where would we obtain a voucher? Through the local Council or Government ? .

Latest news seems to be that it is going to be delivered through the home owners electricity supplier. They haven't said how you will prove you are an off grid users and also I guess you may have the problem that you may not have a direct contact with an electricity supplier being in a park home.
It's not really clear yet how this will work.0
