This is one of the signs.

It comes back to the original point where you tenancy states it includes a parking spot.
There are no T&Cs I can see there.1 -
Thank you! I have reached out to my letting manager. Unfortunately the tenancy agreement is very vague.1

Thats fine as it says as above, doesn't say about displaying a permit. Thanks I will do that. The tenancy agreement states 'together with the garage or parking space (if applicable)'
Permit adds an additional barrier.2 -
What is vague is that sign - nowhere on it does it demand that a permit is displayed (or even acquired). Stay firm and you will beat this hands down.12oliviah said:Thank you! I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

But that is not a picture of one of the signs in the car park.12oliviah said:This is one of the signs.
It is artwork sent to you by the parking company which they claim to be of a sign in the car park.
I suggest you get your own picture of an actual sign that is in the car park.
Look at all the signs in the car park. See if any suggest that a permit is needed.3
