PCN ISSUED 5 MONTHS AFTER PARKING

I have received a PCN from Swanley Park this week, I paid for parking and now after 5 months,i have received a PCN. There was not a ticket issued on the window, apparently they have the cameras, but I did buy a ticket. "all they have stated is "payment not made in accordance with notified terms" which is unclear. Anyone have any idea how to deal with this.

Anyone have any idea how to deal with this.We might if we know who the parking firm is, whether you are the registered keeper of the vehicle or whether it is a hire, lease or company vehicle - as a basic starting point. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

We also need to know if the letter you received was a notice to keeper or a reminder.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Parking ticket from Swanley Park

It will no doubt be CEL, and as long as this is the 'PCN' or NTK, it is easily beaten at POPLA as long as you don't say who was driving and as long as you don't get a clueless Assessor.
Several Swanley Park threads here.
No keeper liability. Non-POFA. Slam dunk win.
This is what the NEWBIES FAQS thread at the top of the forum is for - and the template appeal there - to stop new posters from appealing as the driver.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The company is Civil Enforcement. the car is not a lease and also the letter wad not a reminder. Also I would like to add, the date they issued this letter was just over 2 weeks ago, but had only arrived this week. Seems like they printed it with a date, and didn't send it out the same time. The parking was 5 months ago.0

Thanks for steering to the threads, on the letter it states that you can only appeal to the Ce service, one of the other threads I read, they made a complaint about the ticket to Swanley council.. Should I do that as well? and should I word the appeal without stating I was the driver?0

should I word the appeal without stating I was the driver?Put it this way: If you don't follow our advice on this (read the NEWBIES thread) you'll lose a slam dunk winning case...so obviously the answer is yes!
We hope you know that already from reading NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
