Three back up call

I have a dual sim s20 5g with a three data reward sim in slot 1, and a rwg sim in slot 2,data was using the rwg sim,but as you can see the three sim was using the rwg data as back up as the signal was low ,was the three sim using it as wificalling? Never seen this before

Have a look at the text under Settings/Connections/Sim card manager/Auto data switching

I read it as being exactly the situation you describe.
