DCB Legal for UKCP acting like jerks

Yes, they are released into the public domain and it is easy to download transcripts. As long as you understand them and quote correctly they are a powerful tool. The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.2

Thank you Trainerman. There's one that interests me in particular, and that is for the plain reason that DBC Legal were the very stooges that were forced to eat ѕhit in 2020 over what I believe to be this very subject (inter alia). PPC was Excel and court was Nuneaton. But I can't find the papers on the stickies thread. Is it available? If not, how do I demonstrate that the case was real, or in DBC Legal's case - that I know it to be real?Trainerman said:Yes, they are released into the public domain and it is easy to download transcripts. Official transcript - only if the claimant or defendant pays for it. Expensive, often running into 3 figures.Trainerman said:Yes, they are released into the public domain and it is easy to download transcripts. Have you read this thread @MrMoonsPointofview?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Interestingly, yes I read that circa October 2022 when making original posts. I am in dialogue with one femme fatal employed at DCB Legal and I am holding her feet to the fire for answers over a number of deficiencies, which is part of 3(a) that means we both have to be clear on one another's position: in other words, DCB Legal having to clarify their own position by answering uncomfortable questions (such as how soon could a car have resumed parking? The answer rests upon what it says on the "No Return Within" period, and this site, unlike an adjacent site ran by the same PPC, dispenses with this condition, and Mrs DCB Legal is going to repeat this whether she likes it nor not), and they will also have to show they comprehend my position by repeating my entire rationale back to me, not just the cherry-picked segments. In other words, my goal is to see that the case is stayed until DCB Legal has satisfied this oftentimes overlooked part of the practice direction. But as I said, they have fallen silent for nigh on four months now.Umkomaas said:

Let them stew.
Instead, expend your energy on the upcoming Public Consultation by the DLUHC, which is coming soon and is about the level of parking charges and the banning of extortionate 'debt recovery fees'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
