Haha yes, HP printers are rubbish in my experience. I've switched to Canon but have found them to not be much bettergrumpycrab said:
I've got an HP 2710e in front of me. It was given to me by a friend who said they have never had so much trouble with a piece of hardware in their life. I suggested that they take it back for a refund but they had already got a Canon and the sight of the HP made them ill. So it was donated to me.[Deleted User] said:Not feeding paper or the ability to scan sounds like operator error to me.
What's wrong with the printer? It works, but then I'm quite computer literate and "happy" to spend time to work things out. It is a pile of rubbish though. Took a couple of hours to reset it and get wifi working (after trial and error the only reliable"ish" way to set it up is via a smartphone. Nothing else works.)
Printing. Half the time it sits there "thinking". And when it does finally print something it does it at quarter speed.
Had other issues with USB cable printing, borderless printing and Instant Ink.
Definitely avoid the 2700 series HP printer.0 -
Bit of a sweeping statement!?....I've had no problem with any of the HP printers being used at present.[Deleted User] said:
