So from the CC side, they were fair, as OP missed payments.
OP just wanted some advice, rather than being constantly being shot down for their actions. I gave them some on a way forward, but tempered it with the most logical outcome.0 -
I'm of the understanding that the kind of charges complaints which will be dealt with are those where the lender has somehow charged more than the standard £12 a month. i.e. "a complaint about the amount". Under £12 = no complaint, over £12 - would still be considered. vis-a-vis just because charges are part of the complaint it does not mean any complaints involving charges would be automatically out of consideration.0

I can't google other ways to pay my credit card bill if I'm only aware of the normal way.
Including a Direct Debit? Were you aware of Direct Debits?
Unless you can convince them that you thought you had paid the balance in full and they didn't inform you in writing to the contrary, then I'm not sure what you could actually complain about. By making a big fuss about not being able to log in, sounds like you knew that you owed them money and you thought you would win by just not paying it.
You can't short circuit a complaints procedure and then walk away owing money if you get nowhere.
They don't appear to have mismanaged your account, they had a technical issue with giving you online access. However the T&C don't require them to give you online access.johnweir123 said:You're basically all saying credit card companies can mismanage customer accounts any way they want.
If that's what you all really believe then fair enough.
Certainly I would have complained about it at the time, but if my arguments for why they should waive the fee fell on deaf ears then paying it and stopping using the card was your best option (technically a direct debit is always your best option).
