Is there anything useful I can add to put in my email?
Copies of previous receipts, cc/bank statements to prove extensive previous patronage?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

And then just ignore UKCPS and certainly don't try the IAS stage, but you'll already know that from reading other UKCPS threads.  There was one today.

So after I've appealed the pcn using the template on the newbies thread, they've responded by saying the parking charge will not be cancelled.
I've emailed the agents who oversee this site and still haven't had a response from the relevant team which I'm now chasing

Not defending the parking scammers, but you have to ask the question as to why it wasn't marked as a parking bay by the land-owner.
If it was for emergency access or other reasons of theirs then they may have a point and it might even be why they contracted the scammers in the first place.
As far as the scammers go, if it's an area of land not marked with parking areas then is it actually a car park anyway?

It was infront of a shop on a retail park, the other shops have bays infront of theirs, and this shop in particular didnt. It wasn't obstructing anything
I'll see what the agents say

Id like to add, for future refrence to anyone dealing with issues at the northgate retail park. It is no longer managed by LSH and was transferred to Banks Long & Co in 2019

Hi all, quick update. Banks Long & co. The agents for northgate retail park have forwarded my email onto ukcps and they've rejected my email appeal.
I've disputed their points but I'm not sure I'm going to get anywhere with this.

Of course I'm going to ignore the PCN but is there anything else I can do as I believe this could be taken further

UKCPS don't take PCNs further, at least not at this point in time.  We haven't seen a claim from UKCPS in years.

Like I said, just get on with your normal life:

And then just ignore UKCPS and certainly don't try the IAS stage, but you'll already know that from reading other UKCPS threads.

You will know as we do, from your reading of other UKCPS threads that you happily searched for, that NOTHING HAPPENS.

Obviously, you must tell them if you move house within 6 years - but that goes without saying...
