Sorry if I missed a thread about this, but has anyone considered claiming compensation for the April cyber attack data breach? 
We have had confirmation that this has happened and my name, address, email, telephone number and date of birth were 'accessed and copied'. 
There are similar claims ongoing for M&S and the Coop supermarkets.

How have you suffered? Financial harm might get you recompense but psychological harm is nonsense.

I wondered if it was because of the following statement, copied from my 'resting' email:

///Even though you are going to start your rest period soon, you will still receive some final test items to process over the next three to four weeks. If you could please process these as normal and report the date you sent or received each item, that would be greatly appreciated. You will continue to earn reward points for these final test items.///

OMG - I just started up again four years after having moved!  I had to reapply to the panel & have not done a single stint since moving here...

I received this in my e-mail today...

We hope you are well and have enjoyed your rest period. 

We have reactivated your account and you will be joining us very soon. We can’t wait to have you back on board again.

All I can say is🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

This does not bode well, I am a person of limited patience 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 & inaccuracies do my head in.  I have a feeling this may be my only stint if I can last it out!

I raised a ticket regarding this just a day or so ago. As and when I get an answer I'll let you know !

Ticket answered yesterday

Basically it's £50 - 5000 points are added to your account

Thought for a minute they gave you 5000 points in response to your ticket.
