I've just had the same thing with the missing presentation pack. I've raised a ticket. 

Edit: I've just received an email from them saying they are aware of the issue and if I've raised a ticket then it will be closed. They will send out the presentation pack in the next 2 weeks.

I never received my end of stint goodbye email or my presentation pack either. I queried it with them via the app a couple of weeks ago and all I got told was the stamps would be "issued to you later" and my case was closed.

This happened to me at the end of my stint last summer. I contacted Spectos and they sent me a replacement pack, Christmas 2023, which was disappointing as 3 out of my 4 packs had been the exact same Christmas 2023 set.

Just rejoined the active panel and have received 2 test letters. I did not get any notifications to say these were due. 

Is this a new thing that you don’t get notifications about due test letters?
Previously, the last time I was on the panel you did.

Yes it does seem to be. Notifications only apply to bundles now.

After having received an invite to start back at the end of March (but nothing ever having happened, despite accepting), I’ve now got another invite to start back at the end of July. Who knows whether that will happen either…

I booked holiday that ended over a week ago and I haven’t been sent anything to post since.

I've been on an agreed holiday this past two weeks - came home to a large parcel containing a mail sack dumped outside my front door!  No idea when it was delivered - according to the notification it was due the 13th but obviously delivered sometime before today ...

I found that the sender packs tended to arrive about a week before the date quoted in the app.

My 6 months is supposed to end at the beginning of August but have had nothing to post since 28th May. The incoming post seems to have almost stopped too, I have had nothing this week and a couple of things last week. I still show as active on the App and had June stamps last week in an envelope on their own.
