How do you report duplicate items of unaddressed mail arriving on different days? I had 2 items yesterday and reported them and today I've had the same items delivered again, but the images have disappeared as I reported them yesterday.0

Opening the Unaddressed Mail Survey menu there should be an option of "Items Received More Than Once" where already received items are shownGroceries: Personal Spend: 0 NST NSD Goals for 2025:Self: Health: Wealth :1

Hi I need. some help. I am on the Unadressed survey and some items not received have been transferred to the overdue section. The period shown 25 Nov to 1 Dec. When I go into the overdue section it still only shows have you received the item yes or no but nothing else.
I thought if it was transferred I would have only up until this Wednesday to report it as not received. However the not received button is still not shown. Do I just wait then?0 -

Can you please log into your account and click on the little bell symbol, it is just below the bonus points section. You will then see all your notifications with the bundles to be posted and queries that say ‘We have a question’. Please click into this and answer the questions that come about. If you are unsure please indicate this accordingly.
It is important you check this section regularly, this helps validate the data and allows us to update this data to Royal Mail in a timely manner.
If you have any outstanding RFID tags to be returned back to us please send them as soon as you can. Your points will be credited automatically once the transponders are scanned back into our system.
And a second email to remind me to send back transponders. As well as the permanent reminder in the app. They are in the post, {expletive deleted}! Even though the postbox is 40 paces from my front door I'm not going out in the rain to post just a transponder - I take any with me any time I do go out.2 -

That's the response I got after they kept messaging/letter to return RIFD. While I'm on my rest period. Looks like they send out mass letters/messages to anyone and everyone to track down the tags.
Prob because they have many missing transponders. Maybe if they vetted panelists before adding them to only allow people with more then 2 brain cells to join.4 -

I agree. When you see some of the questions raised here you wonder how much effort people are putting into doing the survey. They did say, in a newsletter, that the better performing panellists would get priority when coming off their rest period.
