I'm confused.  I'm doing the unaddressed survey and surprisingly haven't received one of the made up items which has now moved into the overdue slot.  Previously I could just tell them it hadn't been received but now it just asks it i know when it was received (which it hasn't been).  What are others doinng (or is it just me)?
Wait until Saturday & then the option to report it as not received will appear.
Check back in your emails & you will find full instructions for the UM survey.

On the Saturday evening following the week it was overdue the option should then appear for you to say not received. Mine worked OK this week in that the option was there Sat eve but not prior.

I've had this about 3 times now....   a book pack comes with a MailMark/Franking label for £4.29 1st Small Parcel.   £4.29 isn't in the list of prices to select from.  So, I use the button next to it to try and scan the 2D barcode.  The app reads the barcode and pops up a long string of characters which it then can't interpret.  So I log it as other and explain.

Has anybody ever used that second scan to successfully identify the postage used on a parcel?
I need to think of something new here...

I have never used it. I just use 'other' and type in the price on the label. This is a regular occurence for me too.

It used to work for me all the time but the last couple of parcels I’ve received, it hasn’t worked, even though the postage price was one of the options mentioned.

Is receiving 1 test item, and posting 1 bundle of test items per week the norm? I vaguely remember there being more to receive/send last year.

I am resting now but tended to get 1-3 pieces several times a week until I finished in the middle of June

    I received a jiffy bag this morning, bearing 5 x 1st class stamps. Price-wise, it's a small parcel.

When I recorded it as received, the only question about the postage was "Does the postage look like this? (a picture of a stamp) and it did look like the stamp in the pic - except there were too many stamps on it.

Should I email Spectos and point this out?

I am currently waiting for transport to pick me up (going on a cruise) and don't know if there will be internet access on the ship, so corresponding could be difficult.

Shall I just leave things as they are, as they didn't query the cost of the postage.....they only asked if it was stamped?

    TIA for any replies. x

I’ve had the above and marked the “other” box. This enabled me to write the postage in the box and take a photo of the package.

Thank you, that makes a lot of sense. I was hoping there'd be a further question about how much postage was on the bag, but there wasn't.  :(
