Previously I could just tell them it hadn't been received but now it just asks it i know when it was received (which it hasn't been). What are others doinng (or is it just me)?Check back in your emails & you will find full instructions for the UM survey.1

I've had this about 3 times now.... a book pack comes with a MailMark/Franking label for £4.29 1st Small Parcel. £4.29 isn't in the list of prices to select from. So, I use the button next to it to try and scan the 2D barcode. The app reads the barcode and pops up a long string of characters which it then can't interpret. So I log it as other and explain.
Has anybody ever used that second scan to successfully identify the postage used on a parcel?I need to think of something new here...0 -

Is receiving 1 test item, and posting 1 bundle of test items per week the norm? I vaguely remember there being more to receive/send last year.0

I received a jiffy bag this morning, bearing 5 x 1st class stamps. Price-wise, it's a small parcel.
When I recorded it as received, the only question about the postage was "Does the postage look like this? (a picture of a stamp) and it did look like the stamp in the pic - except there were too many stamps on it.
Should I email Spectos and point this out?
I am currently waiting for transport to pick me up (going on a cruise) and don't know if there will be internet access on the ship, so corresponding could be difficult.
Shall I just leave things as they are, as they didn't query the cost of the postage.....they only asked if it was stamped?
TIA for any replies. x

Thank you, that makes a lot of sense. I was hoping there'd be a further question about how much postage was on the bag, but there wasn't.0
