Snozzle said:Same here. I also had a ticket answered a few days ago re not getting points for my last unaddressed stint. Got advised I hadn't completed all the days but I had taken screen shots of each week with all sections completed (did not attach the screenshots). No idea what I did wrong..... Will have one last shot at it with this one and see how I get on and take screen shots again.
Asked about my points,they said i hadn't filled it in correctly. I know i did.0 -

I now have been resting for 3 months and don’t have many points, I don’t see any point in doing either until I’m unrested.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I've only just started posting out items. Today I've received a sack with two items in it that need to be posted. Do people take the sack into the Post Office, or just remove the items and put them in a post box? And if you do that, what happens with the sack? Do you just bin it? Seems a bit of a waste.1

Mailbag parcels
When you receive mailbag parcels, please take them to a Post Office or Delivery Office with the Sales Order Summary, keeping them in the bag at all times. Please note you will only be able to post these items if you leave them in the bag they were sent with and post them in a Post Office or Delivery Office otherwise they may be refused.
If you have a Parcel Postbox nearby, please feel free to use it. To do so please remove the items from the mailbag. You will then need to dispose of the Sales Order Summary confidentially. You can either dispose of the mailbag or take them to a delivery office for reuse.
Unused Mailbags
In our last newsletter, we informed you about how you can post parcels we sent you without using mailbags. However, we need to make sure that if you do use the postbox or parcel postboxes, you need to know what to do with the unused mailbags.
Please make sure that these are NOT disposed of, instead, can you please return them to either a Post Office or Delivery Office which has a collection service point. It may be advisable to hold onto a few mailbags at a time and return them in bulk or whenever it is convenient for you.
To clarify if you use a Post Office you must send your items in a mailbag along with the manifest. If you post your parcels in a post box or parcel post box do not use the mailbag, just send the items individually.
When returning them please remember NOT to disclose to the staff the fact that you are
participating in the survey.

I would fold the mail bag up small, put an elastic band around it and put it in a post box.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
