.I’d just be practical about it and say let’s get this sorted while we are all fit and healthy and this is a way of ensuring its easier in the future and we don’t waste time and money then. That can be a good move - compare the price of doing it now and the time and money needed to get deputyship from the Court of Protection.Add to that - until the deputies are confirmed, decisions about the person's welfare will be made by authorities who don't know them.0
