Aegean Airlines - 3 months and no response…..

Does anybody know who to contact (ombudsman wise) for dealing with Aegean Airlines? As they’re an overseas company, the CAA can’t deal with them, and Aegean have no responded to my official complaint for over 3 months. To summarise, a lot went wrong; a delay meant I missed a connection, which resulted in a loss of luggage, denied boarding to another suitable flight, no accommodation provided for an overnight stay in a terminal, then rebooked on a flight to Turkey then finally Manchester. I was downgraded to economy even though business seats were available and spent 52 hours awake altogether…. Claimed for €1000 but to no avail so far… Thank you!
