I have been endlessly searching on Amazon to read the reviews of various heated throws and they all seem to have reviews at some point saying the remote has melted or the
blanket is too small or heat patchy or they simply stopped working.
Can anyone please recommend one to me that you think is fantastic. I love the idea of one but I don't want to shell out for something that is going to burst into flames or die on me in three uses!

I have this one, bought with Christmas present gift cards. I'm really, really happy with it. It's a great size and I've used it loads this year. But it is on the heavy side if, like me, you're knocking on a bit.
