Title says it all really, my Virgin contract has ended so my choice is do nothing which is not really an option, get a new deal with Virgin Media or move to a new provider. If I go with the new deal with Virgin Media do they have to offer me the same price as a new customer would get or can they charge me a higher price as an existing customer?

I don't believe there is any restriction like there is for motor insurance. They can have different offers for new customers over existing.0

I would urge you to negotiate with Virgin. My deal came to end last month and was due to increase by a considerable amount (£37+). I managed to switch to a different bundle, retain all the services I had before for a net increase of £10. I thought this was reasonable, and credit to VM, they were very good to deal with.
Kind Regards,

If you want to stay with them phone them up and get a new deal.0
