Free Wii

Hi guys, I've just joined up to try and help my friend out, hoping you may have some advice. He signed up with e2save just over a month ago for an 18 month contract with free Wii delivered within 28 days. After 28 days he phoned and was told his contract didn't come with a Wii and they would have to find his recorded phone call which would take 3 days and they would phone back, 3 days later he phoned them again and was told they were still searching for it and would phone him back. He's phoned again today and was told it will be another 3 days to find the call or he can pay £30 extra and get the Wii sent out. Anyone else had this problem or know the best way to get it sorted out?

Look at the website or try the history of his pc/laptop. He may even of got an email to confirm the order. If they can't find the call and saying that they will send it for £30 then they know they owe it to him. Don't let the 'we can't find your call' rubbish stand. Keep on the phone to them every other day unti ltheu cave in.
