Lloyds Bank customer service calls

Sorry if this has appeared before: does it really cost £6 + a connection charge to phone Lloyds with a bank account query? If so, that's outrageous. So many branches closed I've got to travel into town with a query that could easily be sorted out over the phone.

Just be carful with calls to jersey and guernsey as 01, but not covered by mobile minutes.
Got hit years ago with a £15 bill, questioned it and was told not covered.
I said where does it state this in my contract, errrrr not sure was the answer.
So they refunded me.
Now it states it in your contract if you look closely.
