GN never use the POFA except in windscreen PCN cases. Never have in ANPR cases.

Can you show us the back and (redacted) front, showing all dates but not your data or car reg/PCN ref?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all.  It’s the waiting game now.  Can I ask how you have all determined that the GN charge is non-POFA?  They refer to POFA2012 on the reverse of the notice that we did receive
    Date of parking event?
Date of Issue shown on the NtK (the very first letter you received, we're not interested in Reminder letters)?
Word-for-word, what exactly does the reverse of the notice say about PoFA 2012?

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • Hi both.  Apologies for the delay replying.  Please see attached as requested.  @Umkomaas, I've mentioned in earlier messages that although it's indicated to be the third notification from them this is the only communication we've actually received.

That's a reminder letter not the NTK.  But we can assure you that GN Never use the POFA on their NTKs and just mentioning 'here's a law that we don't bother to use but we hope you won't know that' doesn't cut it!

Yes, it’s a reminder letter, but as I’ve mentioned before, it’s the only communication we’ve received. I completely get your point re their reference to POFA - I was just wondering if it implies they’re aware of the law and might, therefore, have reacted to past defeats and upped their game, to improve their chances.  It’s annoying that we didn’t get the first two letters that were supposedly sent, so that we’d be able to see if this is the case, but your assurance is comforting

Hi.  I hope this isn’t relevant to my case, as the signs at the car park indicate it’s “controlled by Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras and/or parking attendants”.  Am I right to presume your comment re MNPR needn’t concern me?

Nothing need concern you. GN have not upped their game.

Do a SAR to flush out the missing NTK, if it exists...
