Having one of these would be expected. One in October and another in November.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). I know. I was expecting one payment but not two. They were made on different dates. Will wait to see what happens in November but curious to see if anyone else had received two payments.dunstonh said:Having one of these would be expected. One in October and another in November.0 -
I've had £66 credit added to my EDF account. A little confusing as I'd anticipated it being paid into my bank account.
I've just changed from monthly budget direct debit to monthly whole amount so maybe different methods of credit for each.
(Appreciate this doesn't answer the question 😟).0 -
Had 1 £66 yesterday as a credit and now a REFUND which will be credited to bank in 4/5 daysNever pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

BG have done it similarly - account showing credit of £66 as "miscellaneous credit" yesterday , then "outgoing payment" of £66 subsequently.Robin9 said:Had 1 £66 yesterday as a credit and now a REFUND which will be credited to bank in 4/5 days0 -
I definitely have two credits as my balance is showing as +£1320

In the EDF app I see a refund of £66 and a payment of £66 but I never received the refund in bank so I'm confused what's going on as overall I'm flat, rang edf they had no idea and apparently the system is down due a upgrade who does an upgrade in working week on an IT system.

For monthly whole amount the payment is deducted from the bill and not returned after the direct debit goes through. That is also explained on their web site.Fairzo said:I've had £66 credit added to my EDF account. A little confusing as I'd anticipated it being paid into my bank account.
