Furniture - No fire safety labels

Purchased 2 sofas in January 22, delivered March 22.
Sofas purchased from UK retailer, made in Italy.
Whilst checking over the sofas we noticed there were no fire safety labels. There were also some minor defects with the sofas.
We complained to the retailer by email, but they did not respond.
Over the next few weeks, sent numerous emails, registered letters and personally visited the store, but got no response to complaints.
Eventually contacted Citizens Advice. They advised sending a final demand letter asking for defects to be remedied or a full refund of money.
CA also forwarded the details on to Trading Standards as the lack of fire labels constituted an illegal sale.
At the moment TS are still investigating.
CA also advised raising a Chargeback claim via my bank, as we paid by debit card. However, the bank has rejected this as we claimed later than 120 days.
At the moment we are now hoping that TS will confirm an illegal sale, which will hopefully help us to get a refund.
Just looking for advice now on how to progress this further.
Any ideas?

Nothing you can do until TS conclude their investigation. If it was an illegal sale, then it will probably come down to a letter before action and small claims court if necessary.0

A consumer has ceonsumer rights, regardless of anything that TS decide to do, or not. I would say press on with trying to get a refund, before any time period runs out.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0
