I don't think the landowner is making money out of this. Anyway that's what the manager/landowner told me.

Being in the middle of an urban area, it seems they have a real problem with people parking their cars there for hours, trashing out the car park etc... and not shopping at all. They tried to have a parking attendant who was badly beaten unfortunately and had to quit. Somehow I do sympathize. But the company they choose to sort it out is unfortunately a scammer.

The landowner seems powerless to resolve my situation.
