Is Chase down at the moment?

 I cannot log in on my iPad at the moment.

First it said I needed a password rather than fingerprint but that did not work with "Unauthorised" followed  503 Service Unavailable and a load of gobbledegook.

This was just mentioned by @London_1 on another thread.

ETA, a message has just popped up to say they are aware some people are having issues with the app

I’ve just logged on ok however there is a message on site saying that there have been issues today - ranging from major outages (joining us, seeing balances and activity, sending money out, moving funds between accounts) to degraded performance (contacting us) and partial (logging in)
As of now, “we are continuing to investigate . . . “

App not working on iOS but first time i've ever had any trouble with them since I joined a few months back.

I cannot log on either. Wouldn’t accept Face ID and now my passcode won’t work.

Just had the Unauthorised message as well - won't accept face ID or password

I've been able to login - using passcode - but it then can't load any account data.

Yes, the app is down but companies are still able to make payments on my card (as my ISP has just debited my account) and they are coming through to my phone, so a part of it must still be working, and kinda the important bit.
