If so, I would start with giving your local HIE office a ring, to see if they are on the case. Also speaking to one of the folk at Community Energy Scotland to see if they can shed any light on the current local set-up.0 -
Difficult to grasp the scale of “six turbines”, it could be 60kW or 15MW!
