Complaining about you paying so little rent is justified. This could be why he is asking you to do all the chores to make up for it. His savings are none of your business

Best thing is to move out if you can't cope with it. Your bills will be much higher and will have to do your own chores.

I do have other dd to pay and earn £1490 a month. I could rent out a designer studio for £104 a week. I do spend breakfast and dinner on food on my work days.

If you don't like the house rules, do this ^^^^.

Maybe you could tell us where you can rent out a designer studio for that cost too.

Don't forget that if you live on your own you pay 100% of the bills, not just half.

Both you and your father seem unhappy with your living arrangements - and have been unhappy for some time.
Talk about what you each feel isn't working.
If you can't sort it out, go and rent your designer studio.

I can remember Mother  endlessly moaning about money and it can be very trying, they don't realise what they are doing after a while - best to move out and be independent

You can't control his behaviour, what you can do is control yours so move out and learn to tune out all the complaining.
He won't change so you need to be the one to make a change, otherwise the same patterns of behaviour on  both your parts will just go on and on.

I moved out of my Mum's home in June and it's hands down the best and most positive thing I have ever done in my life. I didn't know it was possible for me to be so happy as I am now.

    Some people just LOVE moaning!

Either tolerate it or move out! You're 33 - you don't have to do what your father says!
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
