    Tried to sort it out with bulb but they insisted that they can charge different rates.  Ofgem website says check regional rates with your supplier so seems no way out.

    Around 45p or 52p ?
    The answer to that should make it clearer.

    Which is the East Midlands SC for E7 DD, single rate is 45.76p.  It actually confuses things even more !
    You could try again with CS and see if you get someone with a bit of sense, unlikley, or go to a formal complaint which is usually looked at by someone with a bit more knowledge.
