Tried to sort it out with bulb but they insisted that they can charge different rates. Ofgem website says check regional rates with your supplier so seems no way out.[Deleted User] said:

It actually confuses things even more !You could try again with CS and see if you get someone with a bit of sense, unlikley, or go to a formal complaint which is usually looked at by someone with a bit more knowledge.
