I pay each month by DD that covers the months bill. They told me it would be the same rate if I set up a DD for same amount each month which I was willing to do.Mobtr said:

Edit: just seen you've said you're in the East Midlands, you're probably in the bit that's actually on the edge of the Eastern region. I'm on a border too, again on the more expensive side - lower standing charge does not at all make up for the higher unit rate. It's a slight pet peeve when I'm feeling a bit irritable, to be honest.0 -
