Where did you get your info from?The page linked by @Spoonie_Turtle earlier in this thread shows the EPG Flexible URs & SCs; in addition, the 'our tariffs' section on the Octopus website has now been updated with EPG (put in your postcode, don't select 'get a quote', filter as required).
