I have sorted my initial query out now and thanks to those who replied. My electricity account has been credited with £66 this month to be followed by a further 5 similar amounts over the next 5 months1

I pay £64 a month for dual fuel (fixed till August next year). EDF have already taken October's payment saying it will pay it back a little later - but will they pay me £66? 🤔Just a Mum trying to do her best

Your DD is not fixed unless it covers 100% of you actual usage over a year, EDF may adjust it on review if you are in debit or credit.Liamaiden said:I pay £64 a month for dual fuel (fixed till August next year). You will pay your normal £64/month and EDF will send the £66 support payment to your bank account.
It's all detailed clearly on the website.
