Euro Car Parks Church Farm Warrington

Can anyone say what 'grace' periods would be reasonable for a vehicle with a severely disabled occupant using this car park.  The free parking period is 1.5 hours.  The occupants thought the free parking was 2 hours and didn't check the signs - but completed their visit as quickly as they could anyway.

The disabled person in the car at the time takes an age to get out of the car and into a wheelchair and back into the car and, being very independent, takes an age to get to and to move around the Aldi Supermarket they were visiting.  A disabled blue badge was displayed in the vehicle whilst parked.

I am the registered keeper of the vehicle and not the driver (I was on a tennis court with three wtinesses some 20 miles away shortly before the incident).

The NtK / PCN says that the ANPR cameras at this car park recorded an entrance time of 11:11:19 and a departure time of 12:56:26 for the vehicle - a total time in the car park (this, of course, is not the total time actually parked) of 1:45:07.

Only pictures of the number plate are shown on the photos in the NtK / PCN and entry and departure times are typed separately underneath.

The driver and the disabled occupant have approached the Aldi manager who says it is not their car park and not their parking contractor; they can't help.

I've read the NEWBIES draft appeal and also @Ailpo's first draft POPLA appeal letter (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6018430/euro-car-park) and am preparing an appeal to ECP.

Any help much appreciated.

Complain to whichever Managing Agent company runs the retail park.  Google it or go look at the entrance sign (the unit/retailer advertising list 'welcome' sign, not Euro's one...).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
