Virgin ISA help please .......

I did this. It took over 6 wks though and the exclusive easy access ISA was closed with accrued interest also transferring across.

Did you have to phone Virgin Money to arrange the transfer from the easy access ISA to the fixed ISA or could you ask for this to happen using either V M’s internet banking or the app? I’d be very grateful to hear about how Virgin Money presently handle this request!

I did it all online (VM's internet banking).
