Do I need to submit a reading today if I have a smart meter, and if so what readings do the want?

"Total" is the total of Rates 01 and 02 (and potentially 03 and 04 too). It's possible that Rate 01 is Total less Rate 02, but that's an assumption.

I didn’t want to suggest that as I have no idea whether registers 3 and 4 have been used in the past.
