I am like most people am trying to low my bills. My virgin bill has jumped. Spoken to 3 different people this morning and they still are not offering my anything worth while. I even was told inorrectly that if I wanted to join the volt I personally had to be registered with 02. Which is totally incorrect. To new customers they are offering the same deal as I already have for £26 but the best they can do for me is £43!!!!
Apart from leave I just don't don't know what to do. I am rubbish on the phone as I suffer with anxiety so find it hard enough as it is.
Hope for everything and expect nothing!!!

I'm not good at haggling. 18 months ago my VM bill went up again to £64. I just told them it was too dear and I am leaving (and I meant it and going with vodafone). .... Less than a week went by and I got a call from a nice retentions guy living not many miles away....... Cut to the chase he said..... £28 plus we will give you a virgin sim, unlitited allsorts ( I was with tesco mobile)...... No brainer, I accepted it. So basically say you are leaving, give them the notice they require and mean it.1
