Hello, I submitted a claim to Ryanair on 30th August 2022 to claim expenses for getting back home after they cancelled my flight at the airport gate. It's been 28 days and I have not received any update. Does anyone know what the next steps are? Is it 28 working days, in which case it's not been that long yet... or do I need to now start small claims proceedings? The claim is for around £1000 total for myself and husband.
