ANPR camera incorrect

It seems to be the standard response from the PPC industry, that when cornered with yet another ANPR error to put it down to a one off mistake. One off mistakes/errors etc that happen time and time again are something that the PPC industry seems to excel atFrom the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"4 -
So the ANPR camera 'lost' the entry time so they added a timestamp randomly...? Wonderful scam opportunity!
Also, how can it be that it was a one-off that didn't happen with any other entries, given that surely the images of arrivals are consecutive, so they will be able to see where your image sits in among the others that evening.
Yours must sit among the first cars to arrive at 7pm yet be timed at 6.10pm.
Sounds far more likely to me like the entry camera had been set an hour out and everyone got caught.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is what I thought. I feel i Deserve a bit more of an explanation for all the messing around I’ve had to do.I’m a bit baffled as to why they’ve bought that explanation.1

They use ANPR as a way to measure charges for a service, in the same way that a butcher uses weighing scales to charge for a product by weight, so how does a PPC get away with having no independent verification of their equipment where as a weighing scale has to comply with Weights and Measures legislation. If not banned like in authority car parks they should be audited by Trading Standards.4

@Cashmeout93 I'm having the same problem right now! https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/79614558Did you skip the appeal on the back of the letter through Eternity's website and go straight to the email address suggested above?

I suggest @Cashmeout93 kindly shares their BPA Complaint ref with @parking1 and then parking1 emails Sara Roberts to tell her this is happening again and it is the same issue as in BPA complaint ref xxxxxx Clearly this is systematic failure at best, or alleged fraud at worst. NOT a one-off synch error and even if it was, how the heck can an AOS member randomly overwrite and 'backdate' arrival times? Making it up as they go along. The good folk on MSE forum are keen to see what the BPA are actually going to do about this serious breach of good faith as well as a breach of the Code of Practice, and if brushed under the carpet again it will be escalated to MPs, Trading Standards and the DLUHC as a case study.

I have also emailed this person at BPA and awaiting a reply. I received the same issue on the 23rd Oct at the same.place and Im adamant that the arrival time has been changed. Have either of you had any updates regarding this? @Cashmeout93 and @parking1 ?1
