Hi i am back
I got in contact with Tesco Master card and started the procedure of a full refund, they asked me contact Amazon and ask for a full refund £449
Just been on the phone to Amazon were they ring you back. The Indian call centre seemed quite positive with my case and mentioned i would not need to write to Amazon head office. which I should have done originally.
I am praying for a good out come
