Concessionary Travel Pass advice

Hi,
The GP advised my Auntie that she should be entitled to this bus pass below:
https://www.tfwm.org.uk/swift-and-tickets/discounts-and-free-travel-passes/get-a-disabled-person-s-pass/
We was advised that the pass works anywhere in England buses. Can the pass be used to travel between English cities by coach or special long distance bus services like, megabus, national express etc.? For example Birmingham to London or Manchester to Birmingham?
What else can my Auntie do with a concessionary pass, like what is included?
Cheers,

The bus pass can’t be used on coach services but your auntie can buy a disabled persons Coachcard from National express which gives a discount on their coaches https://www.nationalexpress.com/en/offers/coachcards/disabled1

In Merseyside you can use them on merseyrail trains within Merseyside, check on your transport authorities web page to see if you have something similar0 -
This website can help with planning journeys - select transport mode - buses only -
http://www.traveline.info/
Birmingham to Manchester journey time 7.5 hours - it will be free if done off- peak but with 5 bus changes may not be practical (depending on your aunties disabilities)
You aunt may be entitled to also have a companion bus pass if she needs assistance to use the local buses .1 -
