Virgin broadband help

i am looking at an offer for broadband from Virgin. The MS page shows an offer that includes a 02 sim but I cannot discover the plan that this refers too . In speaking to Virgin they will only talk about their plan which is considerably more than quoted on the MS page. Any body know how to get the info required?
