Iphone 13 O2 deal
Hi. I'm currently an O2 customer and have tried for a discounted upgrade with no luck. I saw the O2 deal moneysavingexpert.com had for iphone 13 - 128GB storage 24 months no upfront fee and £37/month monthly cost. Absolutely a bargain. I followed the link and was directed to the O2 website with the same deal. I added to my basket and received the confirmation email (with unique reference number) but couldn't check out of the basket. Instead, the website suggested I contact O2 to progress my order. I called them but they couldn't fine the deal on their internal system, nor could they locate my basket with my unique reference number I'd received with my order. They advised that I re-submit as if I'm a new customer in order to benefit from the deal which I then did. I've had confirmation and received my contact but that is saying I've agreed to pay £59/a month rather than the £37 I checked out and thought was buying. Needless to say I'll be cancelling (thank goodness for the 14 day cooling period). Maybe the difficulties I'm having is because I'm already an O2 customer? I don't know - has anyone else had the same or similar issues? Thanks in advance.

Not quite sure how £888 for any mobile phone can be considered an 'absolute bargain'...No free lunch, and no free laptop0
