I am with E.ON Next and previously EON. All of my 3 meters have every reading showing since I moved in over three years ago.MWT said:
It depends on your supplier, but many will not show you meter readings when you have a smart meter, they just show you the data collected from your smart meter each day, but not the meter index readings.jadey2024 said:
My online account shows no meter readings. I clicked on meter reading history and nothing. I'd have thought my previous ones would be there from my old meter but seems not, unless they've moved it to another section.RG2015 said:It looks like your meter reading was 85 when this photo was taken.
Do you also have an in house display unit (IHD). This also has the reading which should be accessible after pressing a button or two.
Your online account should also show the final reading on your old meter and you should have a bill up to this date.
Edit. Following Dolor’s post I now see you said you are on E7 so you do need 2 readings which I believe will also be shown on you IHD
My IHD also shows the actual meter reading by clicking on OK then right arrow to meter information then OK to give the current meter reading. I do appreciate though that all IHDs are different.1 -
I've just had a proper look and found my old meter readings. There is a tab showing the different meters in the history and it is all there.
Just my new meter section is empty. Maybe I should wait until the end of the month to give a reading with the switch over tarrif if one don't send automatically before then. My last bill was on the 17th Aug, the day after the meter was installed.0 -

The only recording online is zero as submitted my the installer.jadey2024 said:I've just had a proper look and found my old meter readings. E.ON asked me to submit a reading last week as it had been 35 days since the last one (by the installer).
I did email E.ON and they said;
"Thank you for your email it may take some time to update on your online account."
I guess I will wait a while to see if they do take a reading and update my online page.0
