  • Wealthify's quite a useful one. I've got 4 investment accounts with them and set up a DD of £1 to each of them. Plus they sometimes do a sign up offer, where you get £50 if you invest £50+ for a year. This satisfies the Co-op reward account nicely.

You can also get a few DDs out of Ecology BS as their easy access account, regular saver and notice accounts let you pay in by DD, each from a different account. Throw in Scottish Widows and a credit union and you have Natwest, RBS and Co-op satisfied entirely with money moving between your own accounts.

A word of warning for anyone planning to close a BM account rather than waiting for BM to close it.
Don't cancel the DDs at your current account until after your BM account is closed.
I cancelled my Lloyds DDs then found that I couldn't close the BM because there was no linked account.
The Lloyds account had been linked previously, but cancelling the DDs has killed the link.
I now have to relink my account, which can't happen for 10 days - because they have to create a new DD!
