Bills are lower than the average. Last month it was 78.54 kWh gas and 113 kWh for electric.
We don't have a tumble dryer, the heating will go on intermittently for about 6 weeks when it gets proper cold, hot tap is when the washing up is done or my OH has a shave, we only use ceiling lights in the shower room and kitchen, switched off afterwards and we have a LED lamp in the lounge.
We both WaH with dual screens I'm on a laptop my OH has a base unit, after work / weekends I swap the work laptop to mine and connect it to my second screen (I own it) and OH uses his single screen PC which is on all evening as it's rigged up to our TV.
We cook different things and use the oven, my OH drinks a lot of tea and fresh coffee.
We do have an electric shower and I enjoy long showers. Also have the usual washing machine, toaster, fridge and separate freezer, we don't have a microwave.
There's no faults with the meters as I check them monthly and did sanity checks for several months after moving in, but that's another story in itself.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0
