I have read through both of these as advised by @Coupon-mad a few days ago, they are a great help and I am fleshing out my statement currently.

 I have no photo evidence as the car park doesnt exist anymore. Is it worth including a photo of the carpark that I was able to find online?

The claimant (G24?) are IPC AoS members so you should be using /quoting from the relevant IPC CoP.

The claimant has the same deadline as you.  For you later posts/questions, use the COP in force at the time of the event.
