No, not "not enough signage", but that the signage is inadequate.

Make a note of what I said in my previous post about the lack of the word "only" on the surface markings.

In addition, you should get your own photos of the site and signs, especially showing the entrance sign and the one on Moe's Grill in the same shot, and then the one of the sign on Moe's grill because it is the first sign you would see on entering and has fewer Ts and Cs than on some of the other signs. It may omit something that UKPC might otherwise find useful.

Those bays have been marked as 'Residents Only' since well before the pub even existed.

I don't believe the word "only" appears on the surface markings of the residents' bays.

    You're right. It doesn't.

Thanks for your help. You are correct that there is no specification that the spaces are 'only' for residents.

The pictures on my case show that my care is in the residents only bay. However, the picture they provided of the sign is completely blurred, not a single word is readable. Would this be helpful in some way to the case?

    Use their blurred images.

If you can take your own photos and can find a sign that doesn't mention residents bays, then take a photo of it and use that as well.
The sign by Moe's definitely has different Ts and Cs to the other signs, so check that one out in particular.

In other words, use whichever images of signs help your case the best.

Do mention the omission of the word "only" on the surface markings. By omitting that specific word there are no restrictions on the large, legible surface markings that prohibit non-residents from parking.
Section 69 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies, so you need to include that.

69 Contract terms that may have different meanings
    (1) If a term in a consumer contract, or a consumer notice, could have different meanings, the meaning that is most favourable to the consumer is to prevail.
