This is confusing; did you try to submit a AoS and a defence before you received a N1 claim form?
Have you now changed your details with DVLA and received a replacement V5C?
Just a heads-up; it is important to use correct English spelling ang grammar so that the judge knows what you are saying, although this wasn't used in a defence or WS, it could very well have been.

I shouldn't of have gone to this stage
