Letter before Claim - Gladstones

This is confusing; did you try to submit a AoS and a defence before you received a N1 claim form?Jenlou83 said:Thanks so much for your help. I'll wait for the claim form from Gladstones. Although CCBC wouldn't accept my claim due to the wrong reference being on the submission. Gladstones still came back with quIte a threatening response explaining more costs will be due if this goes to court. I agree the signs were small and I didn't notice them at the time. What worries me though is the fact I didn't change the address on my registration documents quickly enough
Have you now changed your details with DVLA and received a replacement V5C?
Just a heads-up; it is important to use correct English spelling ang grammar so that the judge knows what you are saying, although this wasn't used in a defence or WS, it could very well have been.I shouldn't of have gone to this stage1
