Keeping same number - but technically same provider

Hi.  My contract with Vodafone runs out soon.  I want to change to SIM only with LEBARA who use the Vodafone network.  Will I be allowed to keep my own number using a PAC code. As you can see it is a different provider, but technically the same network.  Thanks

Yes that would be perfectly acceptable. Although LEBARA is a provider which uses the underlying Vodafone national network, they count as a different provider.

So you can just get a PAC code from Vodafone and then input that into the Lebara website when you activate your new Lebara SIM. The switch should then initiate and take place within around 2 days.

On a side note: When you want to switch between the same provider (e.g. Vodafone to Vodafone, or Lebara to Lebara, etc), then you would either need to contact the provider, or else use a PAC code to transfer the number to another network temporarily, and then transfer it back to a new SIM on your original network. 

In short, changing from Vodafone to Lebara is allowed and a simple process!
